WHY SHOULD WE DRINK IONIZED-ALKALINE WATER?


 

ALL WE HAVE TOO MUCH ACIDS


We often come to the wondering that more and more young people even children sick of vintage diseases. Impure nature, harmful habits of nutrition, stressor situations all these disimprove metabolism and it reclamation.

Purpose of all articles of food is to provide nutrition materials and energy for the development and growth of organism. Difference between good and wrong food can be recognized by their formed amount and type of waste that is harmful to organism. The higher is quality of food, the smaller amount of acid waste is formed and the bigger amount of mineral, alkaline products that neutralize acids. While choosing food articles it is always important to remember that alkaline materials clean, and acid materials – poison. One of the guarantees of health is balance of acids and alkalis.

Unfortunately, in modern nourishment food that acidify organism is dominant. It is meat and its’ products, products of white flour, coffee, alcohol, scalded juice, fish and sea products, bread, buns, sweets, eggs, coca cola, lemonade and other. List of alkaline products is much shorter: fresh fruits, vegetables, salads, potatoes, non-carbonated mineral water and other. It is obvious that it is uneasy task su maintain normal balance of acids and alkalis with nourishment only.

Acid wastes that are formed during metabolism process, organism tries to remove with urine, sweat and expiratory dioxide. For this it is necessary to receive proper amount of alkaline minerals – the most important of them are kalium, natrium, calcium and magnesium – when consuming drinks and food.

Unfortunately, very often organism, especially above age of 45, becomes incapable to remove all formed acidic wastes. And all what isn‘t removed – stays and accumulates in different places of the body, so organism goes acidic. In such places where organism stores acidic waste the blood circulation disarrays and vitally important organ is provided by the blood insufficiently. And this is the reason of many degenerative diseases.

Accumulated acidic wastes reduce alkalinity of blood. Alkalinity of blood is defined by pH index and its’ range is very narrow: from 7,3 to 7,45. Even slight deviancy from these values causes heavy health problems, and when acidity reaches up to pH = 6,95, human looses conscious and dies. Therefore organism tries to transform these liquid wastes into solid/hard ones and accumulate them in different places, mostly in the layer of fats, in this way reducing their acidifying effect. Therefore accumulation of fats, over-weight often is consequence of accumulation of unremoved acidic waste.

Solid/hard acid waste it is – cholesterol, fat acids, urine acids and its’ salt, kidney stones, sulphates and phosphates. The storage of these wastes means the process of ageing. Key to good health and longevity is in capability of organism to neutralize and remove these wastes.

Failing to receive necessary amount of alkaline material, particularly calcium in food, the organism “borrows” them from bones and in this way tries to neutralize acidic wastes. Thus the osteopharosis begins. Under the storage of urine acid salts, in joints the arthritis and podagra are developing.

If storage of acids occurs about pancreas and there is lack of calcium ions for its’ neutralization, production of insulin disarray and that can evoke diabetes.

Now are very popular different medicines which regulate acidic of the stomach. However, very often the reason of that is not increased acidic of the stomach, but too big acidic of whole organism.

One of the biggest problems of acidic waste is - that acid thickens blood making the blood too thick and obstructs the capillary. That is one reason of high blood pressure.

Acidic wastes store in veins. They can obstruct capillaries which supplying the blood to brain. The organism tries to stick these particles to artery walls. And this limits the leakage of blood, suppresses activity of heart. That causes disorders of blood circulation and evokes heart diseases, atherosclerosis begins. Under increased physical load, composed stress situations, the blood pressure can increase strongly and replace out floating particles of waste which can obstruct veins providing brain by blood. The real danger of stroke can arise. By drinking ionized alkaline water such floating acidic waste are liquidizing, melting naturally and removing easily through kidney.


Alkalis neutralize acid.

Proposition that alkaline neutralize the acid do not create any doubts. By touching meat, hands become adhesive. To clean fats which are acidic origin using water only is not possible. You may require soap which being alkaline, liquidizes fats and hands become clean. We habituated to care of our person but unfortunately we do not care about the dirt composed inside our body.

Majority of us are worried by the pain in different places of organism. Often the reason of such pain is the accumulation of acidic waste. Every individual stores acidic waste differently. The symptoms of diseases show us where the waste is stored. It is important to understand, that all food articles, healthier or worse, more expensive or cheaper, formed acidic wastes and their accumulation is the main cause of degenerative diseases of the grown-ups. Therefore it shouldn’t be surprising that after reduction of acidic wastes accumulations in organism that conditions better health. Alkaline water (it is described in more detail in the following section) is a great solution that effectively manages this problem.

 


EXPERTS ABOUT ORGANISM ALKALIZING

Sang Whang is American scientist who while analyzing effect of acids and alkalis balance for the acidity of the organism is referring to studies about modern nutrition performed by California University. People used to consume 35 percents of meat and 65 percents of vegetable material in agro-culture era. Consumption of alkaline materials, i.e. of kalium and natrium, then was three-four times higher than now. Amount of kalium ions in the food decreased from 250 to 70 meg/per day, and natrium ions – from 220 to 50 meg/per day. As we don‘t obtain enough alkaline, we can’t fully neutralize accumulated acids. And here is the result: too rapid aging of our organism, and, sadly, “rejuvenation” of the illnesses.


Quoting Dr Frasetto and her team:

“..modern nutrition lacks predecessors of hydro-carbonates and anions that produce hydro-carbonates during metabolism. Therefore part of pure acids is too big in modern nutrition”.

That causes such negative results as blood pressure, attacks of kidney gravel, deficiency of nitrogen in kidney, degeneration of proteins in muscle tissues.

Sang Whang described results of this phenomenon in following way:

“…simply saying, this means, that as we become older, we have too much of acid radicals (H+) and too little of hydro-carbonates (HCO3-), and this during aging causes acidosis of organism. It allows make an assumption that aging causes acidity of organism, by seeing it as unavoidable life fact. But I see accumulation of acids as the main cause of physiological aging. Therefore I hold that decrease of accumulated acids is physiological rejuvenation. Moreover, decrease of acids can help avoid all types of degeneration aging illnesses”.

 

After study of 971 patients (aged from 18 to 97 years), Dr Lynda Frasetto and Anthony Sebastian confirmed above mentioned fact:

“Accumulation of acidic waste accelerate ageing, and their accumulations is cause of majority of physiological disorders and degeneration aging illnesses..”(Frasetto & Sebastian, California University “Diet Evolution and Aging”)

 

EXPERTS ABOUT ORGANISM ALKALIZING

Most part of illnesses that torture us has one main cause that is named by the majority of scientist as disbalance of acids and alkalines. Disbalance of acids and alkalines raises acidity of organism.

In 1933 Dr. William Howard Hay issued innovative book “A New Health Era”. There he says that cause of all illnesses is organism auto-oxidation (intoxication) because of acids accumulation:

“Now we are receding from health as much as we use alkaline material when consuming food that increases acidity...Statement saying that all illnesses, despite their different expression types, are as one, can seem surprising, but that is truth”.

In general, Dr. Theodore A. Baroody in his great book “Alkalize or Die” states the same thing: “Different names all illnesses means nothing. The most important thing is that the main cause is the same...too much of acidic waste in the tissues!”

Dr Susan Lark, university lector and “Chemistry Of Success” authoress says: “from four to six glasses of alkaline water per day will help you to neutralize to high acidity of organism. Alkaline water should be used by users when backgrounds for too high acidity are created, for example: cold, flu or bronchitis. Alkaline water is acting as antioxidant in the same way as vitamin C, E and beta carotene, as it has a lot of free electrons. This helps to avoid heart diseases, strokes, disorders of immune system...”

Author of the book “The Acid Alkaline Balance Diet” Felicia Drury Kliment confirms, that it necessary to get rid of acidic waste: “After careful results of hundreds people studies I convinced that toxicity caused by acidic waste is the main reason of degenerative diseases. Unfortunately, importance of acidic waste elimination in order to normalize functions of organs is shaded by prevailing obsession to use dietary/food supplement...Alkaline water helps organism to eliminate acidic waste”.

Author of the book “The Tao of Detox” Daniel Reid states that alkaline water is great for neutralization and cleaning of all toxins and acids that are exuded from liquids of tissues and organism, it also helps to enrich organism with moisture and sustain alkaline blood.

Author of the book “Youthing” Harald Tietze says that if alkaline water is consumed consistently, level of acidic waste can be reduced to the level of much younger person. And that restores, revitalizes functions of organs, i.e. slows aging and even slightly turns time clock back.

Medicine doctor Walter Irlacher performed studies about effect of alkaline water to blood characteristics and in treatment of diseases that were caused or complicated by increased organism acidity and these studies in Germany raised a real sensation. This scientist used phasic-contrastive microscopy (Dunkelfeldmikroskopie).

Scientist D.Aschbach presented much promising results of clinical researches that were performed in Berlin Clinic of “Activated solutions studies and their practical application”, the results included information about alkaline water effect when treating diabetes of I and II type. Demand for medicines in the case of I type diabetes decreased up to 35%, and in the case of II type diabetes – even up to 70%. And amount of glucose in blood after consumption of alkaline water for 4-6 weeks was consistently decreasing and after three months, when treatment with alkaline water was over, amount of glucose in average decrease by 25,7%, and in the case of II type diabetes – decreased by 32,8%.


ORGANISM ACIDICY CAN BE STOPPED

Stress, negative emotions, such feelings as envy, lie, and egoism, double-dealing are the biggest causes of organism acidifying. So, pure thoughts, ability enjoy every moment of life, love and compassion for others, spiritual peace and harmony - are the main conditions of good health. So, relaxation, ability to relax is also elements of organism alkalizing.

Unfortunately, it is very hard to make it for such people who have high acidity of the organism. Usually their renal capsules are very exhausted because of consistent excess of acids and such people are tending to be moody and too sensitive. It seems that they aren’t able to sustain stabile spiritual state, because their organism is constantly demanding for new “dose” of acids.

Acidity of organism is largely influenced by changing nutrition habits. It is possibly to change your nutrition from acid to alkaline. Unfortunately, very few people do this, as our nutrition habits are deeply rooted. Acid nutrition is prevailing in the most of west countries. Their friends are eating in this way, fests are also celebrated in this approach. People feel fullness, relief, only after one more dose of acid food or drink. It is harder to pass to alkaline nutrition because it demands many ideas to cook meals from relatively limited list of alkaline food articles.

Recently usage of food supplement is becoming quite popular. There a plenty of different dietary/food supplement that consumption can help refresh organism reserved with alkaline elements. Unfortunately, huge amounts of green/raw vegetables are needed for their production. Therefore it is very expensive and not everybody can allow to use it consistently. Also very often incomplete or even misleading information about supplement is provided in order gain commercial benefit.

There are some methods of organism alkalizing that are used not so often. It is meditation and breathing exercises. Breathing technique, known as Pranayama in Indian philosophy, is very subtle method of organism alkalizing. This breathing method allows to eliminate large amount of acids that are breathed out in the form of carbon dioxide. It is evident that this alkalizing method will not change acid balance in one night. This technique must be applied for at least a decade.

 

Drink more water and you will live healthy and long

Significant role of water is universally recognized. We are born with more than 90% water. As we grow, amount of water constantly decreases. And here, when a person is 70 years old, there is 60% of water left in organism. Obviously water is keystone of the life.

Water treated by organism is the main part of intercellular liquid. Our organs are “swimming” in this liquid and it separates each cell of trillion we have, carries nutritious materials to our mitochondria and eliminates waste left after energetic metathesis.

Water is solution that cleans our cells, eliminates waste and moistures skin. It is electrical chain that immediately transfers messages for the each part of our body and process it with unique supercomputers of our organism. Advantage of water in compare to food is the fact it is easily eliminated. Even more advantages are typical to ionized alkaline water that obtains new, unique characteristics. These characteristics can in fact improve vital processes of organism.


IONIZED – ALKALINE WATER IS GIFT OF NATURE!

Ionized water is obtained in water ionizators PTV. In these devices after electrolysis molecules of water is relatively divided in two parts: alkaline, where negative hydroxyl OH- ions are dominant, and acid, where positive hydrogen H+ ions are dominant. Both acid and alkaline water obtains weak negative and positive electricity charge that is expressed in oxidation-reduction potential ORP, and their alkaline-acid characteristics are described by pH index (pH of simple water is neutral and is equal to 7). These parameters depend on device working period. The longer device working period, the stronger parameters of activated water (see table). Negative ORP (also called redox potential) obtained by alkaline water is close to potential of organism liquids (blood, lymph, intercellular liquid) and also describes its’ anti-oxidative features.

Ionized water produced in water ionizators are confirmed as treatment mean in Japan, South Korea, Uzbekistan. You can find information about activated water usage for the treatment of diseases in P.Šibilskis book “Activated and silvery water”. Ionized water for treatment is produced that device is turned on for 30 min., and water is consumed in small amounts and relatively for short period of time.

In this reviewing information it is talked about effectiveness of alkaline water usage for preventive purpose. In order to produce such water, when value of pH index is from 8,5 to 9,5, it is sufficient to turn on device for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to consume alkaline water for preventive purpose every day, in 1,5-2 liters per day.

The name of water itself says that hydroxyl and alkaline ions of salts melted in water are dominating in it. As it is known, any chemical elements are better assimilated by organism in their ionized form. Therefore alkaline water very effectively eliminates from organism wastes. It neutralizes, liquidizes acidic waste that is accumulated in the organism, so it is easily removed through kidney.

As surface tension of alkaline water is significantly smaller, its’ molecules merges into much smaller derivatives (of 5-6 molecules) than in simple drinking-water (10-13 molecules). This means, that this water penetrates into tissues much more efficiently, it dissolves hardly approachable toxins that a later gently washed out the organism. It is natural measure helping to neutralize toxins and acids, ensure moisture of organism, and support alkaline blood. Detoxication expert and author of the book “Tao of Deto“' Daniel Reid states that alkaline water acts like detoxicator while daily coping with our everyday pollution with toxins.

It is very important that oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of alkaline water that characterized energy of electrons, is close to potential of organism liquids. ORP of organism inner medium is reductive and fluctuates from + 100 to – 200 mV. And at the same time ORP of water we drink fluctuates from + 200 to + 300 mV. Such difference between ORP of organism liquids and water we drink means that activity of electrons of organism inner medium is much higher than in the case of water we drink. If organism is effected by water which ORP is close to ORP of organism liquids (as it is in the case of alkaline water), then vital energy of organism isn’t used for the correction of electrons energy. So it means that such water is immediately assimilated and included in the vital activity of organism.

Alkaline water is natural anti-oxidant. As it is known free radicals are parts of the molecules that lack one electron (peroxides, oxygen molecules without one electron). They are formed in organism when oxidation reactions are present. Particular amount of free radicals is consistently formed during vital performance of organism. Their purpose is to protect organism from bacteria, viruses, to kill malformed cells.

If there is excess of free radicals they very actively and “aggressively” attack adjacent molecules in order to recover deficient electrons. In such way free radicals stimulate uncontrolled chemical reactions, damage or even kill organism cells, induce pathological state and form conditions for development of cancerogenesis, atherogenesis, chronic inflammations and other diseases.

Negative ORP of alkaline water, that is also called reduction water, means that there are free electrons in it, and these free radicals after attachment to free radical and other oxidized compounds, neutralize their negative effect. Anti-oxidative characteristics of alkaline water are expressed in this way.

Alkaline water plays important role in food digestion. As it is known, while aging, acidosis – acidity of organism – is increasing. One of the side effects of organism acidity is disability of the stomach to secrete hydrochloric acid necessary for full digestion of the good. Sang Whang explains that consumed alkaline water stimulates decrease of stomach acidity, i.e. value of pH index is increasing. When value of pH index reaches 4,5 stomach paretes begin to produce hydrochloric acid and in this way necessary stomach acidity is restored. As nothing happens in organism without analogical contrary reaction, at the same time natrium hydro-carbonate is produced that supplements blood alkaline “buffer” reserves while entering blood circulation. This alkaline buffer is used by pancreas after digestion of food in stomach, so residual acids in digested food is neutralized. So, alkaline water stimulates stomach acids secretion and at the same time increases amount of alkaline buffers that is particular important for the decrease of acidity in the organism in the blood.

High health indexes of Japan and South Korea residents are surprising world for the recent 30 years. In much range it is influenced by modern technologies for water quality improvement. It is spectacular that almost one of five families in Japan wake up every day, drinks alkaline water and goes to work. This huge group of consumers is joined by one million persons each year. How it can not be surprising that majority hospitals of Japan and South Korea are using ionized alkaline water and ionized acidic water that has bactericidal features instead of very expensive medicines and antibiotics.
